The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon was geeking out naturally when he got to hold the Nintendo Switch and play its version of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

He was given this special treat after being guided by Nintendo of America president Reggie Fils-Aime while playing a demo of Super Mario Run – which is coming to the iPad and iPhone this December. Also spotted in the show was the legendary Shigeru Miyamoto – the creator of Mario, The Legend of Zelda and Donkey Kong.

This also marks the first time the Nintendo Switch makes a live, televised debut to the public. The device looks sleek and actually slimmer than we thought it would be, although not much detail has been said about the device, we got to see it running The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild for the first time as well and with no noticeable frame drops like was seen on the Wii U at the E3 demos.

Youtube user Spawn Wave also got to notice it, you can watch his reaction and thoughts in the video below.
